Oli tells me about how he broke into the pop punk and alternative music scene through photography and other media. We talk about still being enamored by seeing bands we love after all these years, the defend pop punk facebook group, the start of Babetalk, the racial/political divide in pop punk, what it’s like being “the black kid” at the punk show, and I butcher an Aziz Ansari bit.
